The NSW Gateball Championship was held in Maitland from 14-16 November, 2014.

44 competitors competed as part of 7 teams and 10 pairs.

Congratulations to Glen Whitehead and Hilary White who defeated John and Penny Park 12-11 in the final of the doubles competition. The match could have gone either way. The day was a battle of survival with teams dealing with 39 degree temperatures.

An excellent first days play with Eppstars, Canberra and Wagga/Young looking good to play out the finals series. Congratulations to Maitland on winning a game in their first tournament.

Congratulations to Epping on winning the final over the previously undefeated Canberra. This was the first time a team from Sydney has won the NSW Gateball Championship. Also congratulations to Jamberoo on winning the best new team trophy.
